Frequently asked questions

Find all the details you need regarding shipping schedules, packaging, farm pickup guidelines, and checkout options to plan your order with confidence.

When and how are bareroot roses shipped?

We ship dormant bareroot roses via UPS exclusively from February through May to the contiguous 48 states. Packages ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays, subject to federal holidays. Our stock is stored in a temperature-controlled cooler to maintain dormancy until transit. Each rose is labeled by variety, its canes are gently tied if needed, then put inside a durable 4 mil clear plastic bag before packing into a sturdy shipping box.

Can I request a specific shipping date?

Yes. Shipping customers can request a preferred ship date on a Monday or Tuesday between February and May. Simply include your desired date in the "Note" section during online checkout, and we will do our best to align your shipment.

How will I track my bareroot shipment?

As soon as your UPS shipping label has been generated, you will automatically receive an update with your tracking information via text message or email, keeping you informed every step of the journey.
